The purpose of the role is to drive strategic HR initiatives. The role will have a strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) component, along with ownership across key HR Centre of Excellence (COE) initiatives including Performance Management, Talent Management, Capability Building and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
HRBP:
- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities, workforce requirements and people challenges.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business stakeholders and provide timely solutions on employee and people matters.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and productivity initiatives for the business.
- Support workforce planning, organization effectiveness and manpower-related decisions.
- Identify people trends and proactively recommend interventions based on business and employee data.
- Support managers through the employee lifecycle, including performance, career development, engagement and employee relations.
Performance Management:
- Drive the annual Performance Management System (PMS) cycle across the business.
- Partner with managers on goal setting, performance reviews, calibration and performance improvement plans.
- Track PMS completion and quality through dashboards and regular reviews.
- Identify performance trends and recommend interventions to improve individual and team effectiveness.
Talent &
- Capability
- Support talent identification, succession planning and development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical talent and capability gaps.
- Design and execute capability-building interventions in partnership with relevant COEs/business stakeholders.
- Support career development and internal mobility initiatives.
- Track effectiveness of talent and capability-building programs through relevant metrics.
Onboarding &
- Employee Experience
- Own/drive a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Partner with business and recruitment teams to ensure effective joining and onboarding processes.
- Track onboarding experience and identify opportunities to improve recent-joiner engagement and productivity.
- Support initiatives across the employee lifecycle to enhance overall employee experience.
HR Analytics &
- Dashboards
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and MIS covering key people metrics.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends relating to attrition, hiring, performance, engagement, productivity and talent.
- Demonstrate strong comfort with Excel/PowerPoint and HR analytics tools and AI; exposure to Power BI or similar dashboarding tools will be an advantage.
HR COE &
- Process Excellence
- Work closely with HR COEs to implement organization-wide people programs.
- Support the design, rollout and governance of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
- Ensure effective execution of HR programs across the business while maintaining consistency and governance.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes through technology, data and automation.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Human Resources
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with HR dashboards, people analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Sales HRBP background is a must.
