Role Description The Human Resources Assistant at XYLAR is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating documentation for new hires.
The Human Resources
Assistant helps administer benefits, supports training logistics, and works with HRIS tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. The role also involves responding to employee queries, preparing HR reports, scheduling interviews,
and collaborating with HR management on policy implementation and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR processes and policies.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data entry, record maintenance, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration, including assistance with enrollment, queries, and documentation.
- Experience supporting Training activities, such as coordinating sessions, maintaining attendance records, and tracking completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations); familiarity with HR tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
