Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining job postings, using multiple recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals), and building a strong talent pipeline for consulting and support roles.





The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a timely and efficient selection process. The position also includes maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination across various recruitment channels.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms for talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand job requirements, assess candidate fit, and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, recruitment metrics, and compliance with relevant employment guidelines and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or HR in consulting or services organizations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with evolving business needs, and willingness to learn about ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, and related service domains.
