Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary : Up to 3 LPA (including 25 % Variable)

We are looking for experienced or Freshers and energetic Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Sasni Gate, Aligarh. As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing,screening, and hiring candidates for various non-IT roles across multiple industries. You should have at least 0-2 years of experience in Non-IT hiring and be proficient in managing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for various non-IT roles.
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers,



and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and keep track of hiring metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Requirements:

- 0-2years of experience in Non-IT recruitment(Domestic Only).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with various job portals social media recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
