Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/management interviews.

- Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.

- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms.

Preferred candidate profile

- This is Completely work from office only

- Have a positive knowledge in Recruitment

- Age;- Minimum 20 to Maximum 40

- Languages must known compulsory
- English, Tamil and Hindi

- Experience 1 to 5 years

- Chennai candidates only referred.

- Immediate Joining Candidates only preferred.
