Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage industrial relations, labour laws, and statutory compliance for the organization.

- Oversee wage settlements, union negotiations, and labour welfare initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.

- Ensure legal compliance with relevant regulations and legislation related to employment practices.

- Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall performance.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in HR & IR management or a related field.

- Robust understanding of industrial relations, labour laws, and statutory compliance requirements.

- Proven track record in managing complex negotiations with unions or other stakeholders.
