Position: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete HR & Recruitment. operations.
- Handle PF & ESIC compliance and related processes.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & statutory compliance.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation and policies
- Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR activities
- Ensure timely and smooth HR operations for the organization
Candidate Requirements:
- Solid experience in HR Policies & Recruitment
- Good experience of PF, ESIC & Labour Laws.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing / industrial setup will be an advantage.
