About the Role

We are hiring freshers for an In-House Recruiter role to manage recruitment for 100xCareers’ internal hiring requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization and will get hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.




- Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal positions within the company.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions through effective sourcing and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Fresh graduates from any relevant background.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Comfortable working from office in IT Park, Chandigarh.
