Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Recruitment to lead and manage the recruitment team and oversee hiring activities across PAN India. The candidate will be responsible for senior-level hiring, stakeholder management, team guidance, recruitment follow-ups, and resolving recruitment-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the PAN India recruitment process across clinical, healthcare, corporate, and support functions.
- Handle and review senior-level and critical profile hiring.
- Connect and coordinate with managers, department heads, and other stakeholders regarding hiring requirements.
- Understand business requirements and guide the recruitment team accordingly.
- Monitor the recruitment team’s daily activities, performance, and hiring progress.
- Assign requirements to recruiters and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Review recruitment pipelines, candidate status, pending positions, and ageing.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with the recruitment team to ensure positions are being worked on effectively.
- Support the team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer/joining coordination for critical positions.
- Handle and resolve grievances and concerns raised by the recruitment team.




- Identify recruitment challenges and provide solutions to the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders regarding interview feedback, approvals, salary negotiations, and joining updates.
- Prepare and review recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Ensure recruitment processes and company policies are followed properly.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for important and recurring positions.
- Support management with recruitment updates, hiring plans, and manpower status.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, feedback, and performance support to recruiters.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and team management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience handling senior-level hiring.
- Strong knowledge of PAN India recruitment.
- Good team-handling and leadership skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and grievance-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals, LinkedIn, databases, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.

Qualification

- Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 5–6 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably with experience managing a recruitment team.
- Experience in healthcare, corporate, or multi-location recruitment will be preferred.
