Job Title: HR Manager.

Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced HR Manager with 810 years of proven HR leadership experience to lead our full HR function. The role is responsible for driving recruitment, ensuring seamless implementation of HR policies and SOPs across all branches, maintaining 100% statutory and labour law compliance, and leading the HR team. The ideal candidate should be a strategic HR professional with strong leadership, compliance, and process management skills, capable of partnering with senior management to build a high-performance, people-centric organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- SOP & Process Adherence: Own the implementation of company SOPs and HR processes across all departments and branches. Track adherence, audit gaps, drive corrective action, and ensure every process is documented and consistently followed.
- Statutory & Labour-Law Compliance: Ensure full, on-time compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments, POSH and related filings. Maintain a compliance calendar with zero missed deadlines and keep policies updated with changes in employment law.
- HR Audits & Governance: Plan and conduct periodic internal HR audits covering compliance, records, payroll inputs and policy adherence. Present audit findings and closure status to senior management,
and coordinate with external auditors and consultants where required.
- Policy Design & Implementation: Create, refine and roll out HR policies and procedures. Communicate them clearly, train teams on them, and review them regularly to keep them current, practical and enforced.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead end-to-end recruitment across sales, service, technology and support functions - manpower planning, sourcing strategy, structured interviews, offer management and onboarding- fully aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
- Team Handling & People Management: Lead, mentor and review the HR team. Set clear KPIs, build capability within the team, and act as the escalation point for all people-related matters across the organisation.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflicts fairly and in line with policy, maintaining a positive, compliant and professional workplace.
- Performance Management: Run the performance review system end to end - goal setting, review cycles, feedback and development plans - aligned with company goals.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, especially on compliance, SOPs and policies, and organise structured induction and ongoing training programmes in coordination with the onboarding academy.
- Compensation & Advantages: Oversee salary structures, payroll inputs and benefits administration. Benchmark compensation periodically to keep packages competitive, fair and compliant.
- HR Data & MIS: Maintain accurate,
confidential employee records on the HRMS. Track HR metrics (hiring TAT, attrition, compliance status, training coverage) and publish regular MIS to management.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Work with the Managing Director and senior leadership to align HR strategy with business growth plans, support change management, and continuously improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR or an advanced HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR management experience, with demonstrated ownership of compliance, SOP/process implementation and HR operations.
- Proven track record of maintaining statutory compliances on time and clearing HR/labour audits without adverse findings.
- Hands-on experience leading recruitment at scale and managing/mentoring an HR team as HR Manager.
- Deep, practical knowledge of Indian employment laws, statutory regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong people-management, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships from front-line staff to senior leadership.
- Exposure to HR strategy, workforce planning and change management in a growing, multi-branch organisation.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
