About the Role

We are looking for an Executive HR Business Partner to join our Corporate HR team at BKC, Mumbai.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and managers and wants exposure to HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Grievance Management , HR operations, Stakeholder Management and performance management.

What Youll Do

- Support HRBP activities for assigned corporate functions.
- Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.
- Support performance management, appraisal, and review processes.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and employee relations matters.
- Maintain and update employee data on Darwinbox/HRIS.
- Coordinate Background Verification and employee insurance processes.




- Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, HR teams, vendors, and consultants.
- Support HR policies, processes, and organization-wide HR initiatives.

What Were Looking For

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of relevant HR experience in HRBP, or HR Generalist roles.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Grievance Management , HR operations, Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management and performance management.
- Experience with Darwinbox or any HRMS/HRIS will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
