Position: Associate HR Executive US HR Operations

Location: Hyderabad – Work from Office

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Associate HR Executive to support US HR Operations, with a strong focus on Social Media Research, Pre-Employment Screening, Data Management, and Onboarding Support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct social media and online presence research on prospective consultants using professional networking platforms, public records, and other available sources.
- Perform pre-employment screening activities, including employment verification, BGV coordination, and credential validation.
- Review and accurately document research findings while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Maintain employee/consultant records, documentation, databases, and HR systems.
- Create, organize, and securely maintain onboarding and employment-related documents.
- Coordinate the initial onboarding process for newly hired consultants.
- Prepare, distribute, and track client-specific forms and onboarding documents.




- Follow up with consultants for required documentation and ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of verification, onboarding, and client compliance activities.
- Support HR administrative tasks and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, Background Verification, Employment Verification, or Administrative Support.
- Understanding of social media research and online screening techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
