Job Overview

We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Expert with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot implementation, CRM configuration, automation and integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring HubSpot CRM, building workflows and pipelines, managing integrations, and ensuring that the CRM is effectively aligned with business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure HubSpot CRM based on business requirements.
- Manage and customize HubSpot CRM, including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages and workflows.
- Configure Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Operations Hub as required.
- Create automated workflows for sales and marketing processes.
- Set up lead management, lead nurturing and lifecycle automation.
- Configure forms, lists, sequences and other HubSpot tools.
- Manage CRM data, imports, migrations and data cleanup.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications and business tools.
- Work with APIs and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Create reports and dashboards in HubSpot.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into HubSpot solutions.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain CRM data quality and follow best practices.





Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM configuration and customization.
- Experience with HubSpot workflows and automation.
- Good understanding of Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
- Experience with CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of APIs and data synchronization.
- Experience with CRM migration and data management.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications.
- Experience working on HubSpot implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Operations Hub.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or JavaScript is an advantage.

Work Timing Primary Timing: 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Day-shift option may also be available depending on project requirements and candidate suitability.
