Education: B.E./B. Tech in Engineering with Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety.

Preferred Certifications: Knowledge of Industrial Environmental Management and NEBOSH certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience: 810 years of progressive HSE leadership experience in automotive, process, or manufacturing industries; paper industry experience is an added advantage.

Global Exposure: Demonstrated ability to work with global HSE teams, implementing best practices and aligning with corporate standards.

Robust problem-solving abilities and risk assessment expertise.

Proven ability to work in unionized environments, adept at influencing, collaborating, and driving results across diverse teams.

Capability to lead safety culture transformation and sustainability initiatives across multiple sites.

Leadership: Track record of leading continuous improvement programs and embedding Zero Harm and environmental stewardship into operations.

The HSE Manager will provide tactical leadership for HSE across the Pune and Sohna operations,



ensuring effective implementation of company HSE standards, regulatory requirements and site specific programs. The role will support the Site Managers and India Leadership Team in strengthening HSE systems, reducing operational risks, preventing injuries and environmental releases, and ensuring business continuity. The HSE manager will lead HSE audits, compliance activities, risk-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs, while provide HSE subject-matter expertise and ensure effective implementation and monitoring of site HSE processes.

This position is also responsible for driving engagement and accountability with the functional Process Owners, provide leadership in problem solving and continuous improvement programs throughout the Plant Operations at Pune Plant and Sohna Plant. Following are additional responsibilities.
