Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4–9 Years

:

- Implement HSE policies, procedures and safety standards at project sites.
- Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, client and company HSE requirements.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, checklists and audit documentation.
- Conduct internal safety audits and support external/client audits.
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors and clients on HSE matters.
- Support continuous improvement of site safety performance.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- NEBOSH/IOSH/Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
- Good knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
- Robust communication, documentation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
