Job Title: HSE Coordinator

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4–9 Years

:

- Coordinate HSE activities across projects and site teams.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, reports and compliance registers.
- Coordinate safety training, inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
- Schedule and support HSE inspections and audits.
- Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports.
- Coordinate incident reporting, investigation and follow-up activities.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal project teams.
- Monitor compliance with company, statutory and client HSE requirements.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science or relevant discipline.
- NEBOSH/IOSH/Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
- 4–9 years of relevant HSE coordination experience.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
