Position Overview (Female Preferred)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level position offers an excellent prospect to learn and develop expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes within a leading pharmaceutical group.

You will assist in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding the right talent to support the organizations growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals,LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Support in drafting and posting job advertisements on online platforms.
- Assist in conducting initial HR rounds and evaluating candidate suitability.
- Help in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Collaborate with HR team members on campus recruitment drives and internal referral programs.




- Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and values.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
