- Manage complete end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
- Maintain candidate pipeline and talent database
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates for offer acceptance and joining
- Coordinate offer letters and appointment letters
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-joining ratio, sourcing effectiveness)
- Build and maintain solid talent sourcing channels
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
