Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing.
- Utilize online job boards, social media, and qualified networks to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate the candidates' fit for the role.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities.
Education
