Key responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, local networks, bulk hiring, campus hiring.
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with operations/hiring manager to understand work force requirements.
- Maintain a database of workers and tracking hiring status.
- Support onboarding and documentation process.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
