Responsibilities

- Use job portals, social media, and databases to find potential candidates.

- Review resumes, assess qualifications, and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Schedule interviews and provide candidates with necessary details.

- Maintain a database of candidates for future roles.

- Create job descriptions and post them on job boards and company websites.

- Understand job requirements and provide managers with suitable candidates.

- Keep candidates informed of their application status.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Awareness of recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening,



interviewing, and onboarding.

- Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with job portals and online platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.

Preferences

- Internship in HR or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).

- Ability to handle multiple job openings and candidate pipelines.

- Positive social media networking skills for candidate outreach.
