About the Role

SMC Private Wealth is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with strong expertise in Private Wealth hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and building a strong talent pipeline for various wealth management and private wealth functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Handle hiring specifically for Private Wealth / Wealth Management roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Partner with business and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds with business stakeholders.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Develop and maintain a network of candidates within the Private Wealth and Financial Services industry.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with significant exposure to Private Wealth / Wealth Management hiring.
- Strong understanding of the wealth management and financial services talent market.
- Proven experience in sourcing and closing candidates across different levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder-management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
