About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are interested in building their careers in Human Resources. The selected candidates will get hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for Sales, Pre-Sales, and other departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily reports.
- Support the HR team in attendance tracking and employee coordination.
- Assist with other HR-related activities as assigned.





Requirements
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, MBA, or any relevant field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Interest in recruitment and Human Resource Management.
- Valuable coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
