HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the joining process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining details with candidates.
- Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and maintain quality profiles.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate network.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment/HR recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Preferred
- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
