The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and calling IT candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, providing career guidance, and maintaining regular follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities Source and identify suitable candidates for IT job openings.

Contact and screen candidates through phone calls and interviews.

Assess candidate skills, experience, and job suitability.

Guide and counsel candidates regarding job opportunities, career growth, and interview preparation.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Conduct candidate briefing and pre-interview training sessions.





Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Track interview status, feedback, and joining updates.

Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.

Required Skills Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.

Strong convincing and counseling abilities.

Ability to handle multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals is an added advantage.
