HR & Talent Acquisition Associate

Type: Part-time / Internship (Leadership Role)

KURI is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Associate to help build and manage our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes ownership, and can independently drive hiring and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and entry-level roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across multiple functions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment records.
- Supervise intern onboarding, task allocation, and day-to-day coordination.
- Follow up on deliverables, ensure timelines are met, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative work culture.
- Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.





We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has prior experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, or team leadership.
- Demonstrates solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is highly organized and takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Can manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.
- Is confident in leading and motivating teams while maintaining accountability.
