About the Role

Makeolix Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience. The candidate must have prior experience handling international recruitment processes and should be confident in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Handle international recruitment processes and understand international hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Discuss salary, notice periods, and joining timelines with candidates.
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding formalities.




- Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Must-Have Skills
- 1–2 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in international recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience Experience handling recruitment for US, UK, Canada, Australia, or UAE-based requirements will be an added advantage.
