HR Recruiter hiring for direct company

· Understanding requirement.

· Handling Recruitment end to end process.

· Identifying & Screening of suitable resumes based on the current requirement.

· Recruitment calls, e-mails to candidates for internal IT/Non IT vacancies.

· Placing of ads in Social medias like Linkedin, facebook.

· Job postings in various job portals – Naukri,Monster etc

· Capable to conduct job fair and campus drive independently.

· Handling vendors, recruitment agencies and maintaining good relationship with all departments.

· Negotiating price, follow up with vendors for office administration.

· Joining Formalities, on boarding process.

· Meetings with clients.

Requirements:

· Candidates with MBA in HR will be preferred.





· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Pleasing personality.

· Excellent relationship management skills

· Valuable in English vocabulary and e-mail etiquettes.

· Energetic and self-motivated.

· Must have good negotiation skill.

· Good in excel and word.

· Pleasing personality.

· Good at employee engagements.
