- Understand client requirements and job descriptions clearly before starting recruitment.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment databases.

- Make a high number of candidate calls every day and explain job roles, salary, location, and requirements.

- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate interviews and verify their experience and previous job history.

- Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up until joining.

- Maintain proper records of candidates, interviews, selections, and deployments.

- Coordinate with clients and the HR team regarding candidate requirements and feedback.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join on the confirmed date.

- Maintain regular communication with deployed candidates and handle replacement requirements.

- Avoid sending unsuitable or previously problematic candidates to clients.

- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment and deployment targets.
