Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

Learn US staffing, time zones, W2 / C2C / 1099 and recruitment processes

Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment updates

? We’re Looking For

✅ Good English communication





✅ US IT Recruitment internship/training experience

✅ Basic knowledge of IT technologies

✅ LinkedIn & candidate sourcing knowledge

✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills

✅ Willingness to work in US shifts when required
