Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter – International Hiring who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for MantraCare's international requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, international sourcing experience, and the ability to interact confidently with candidates across different countries and time zones . The candidate should be comfortable working on multiple international requirements and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for international positions across different countries and markets.
- Understand international hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other international sourcing channels .
- Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and job requirements.
- Communicate professionally with candidates from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Coordinate interviews across different time zones .




- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of international positions.
- Discuss compensation, notice periods, availability, and other relevant hiring details with candidates.
- Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and upcoming international hiring requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand and close requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support international recruitment drives and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition .
- Experience in international recruitment or global hiring will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
- Robust interpersonal and candidate-management skills.
- Confident in conducting telephonic and video interviews.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Ability to communicate with candidates across different countries and time zones.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple international vacancies simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment trackers, and ATS/CRM systems.
