Annual CTC: ₹6 LPA

We’re looking for an energetic Recruiter with strong media hiring experience to join our team and help us build high-performing creative and media teams.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end recruitment for media, advertising, digital, content, and creative roles

Source and attract talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative channels

Screen candidates and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Manage interviews, offer negotiations, and joining processes

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of media professionals

Stay updated on talent trends and hiring practices within the media industry

What We’re Looking For





2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with media/advertising hiring

Solid understanding of media, digital, advertising, content, and creative profiles

Excellent sourcing and candidate-engagement skills

Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities

Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines independently

Mumbai-based candidates preferred
