Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving business growth specifically for Natural Marble division. This individual will work closely wit h Architects, Interior Designe rs (also if required with Contractors). As a key player in expanding the product lines, the BDE will focus on creating new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, managing key accounts, and executing growth strategies to position CMC as a leader in the market.

Key Responsibili t ies

Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities to expand the company's product offerings within the specified regions (Natural Marble)
Build and execute strategic plans to drive growth and market presence across these product lines, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives
Generate business through Architects, Interior Designers& if required with Contractors, Builders
Generate business through Architect by presenting the products, securing specifications, and influencing product selection for projects





Client Relationship & Account Management
Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention
Oversee key account management to drive repeat business and client loyalty

Sales Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models that support business objectives
Manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust business strategies and enhance CMC’s market positioning
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team effectively represents the company's products and services
Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments to achieve organizational goals
