- Space and satellite systems

- Simulators, microwave & RF components, aerospace structures

Job Summary We are seeking a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition professional with 1–3 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple positions and building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.

Requirements

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [1-3] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Aerospace & Defence industry is required.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively assess candidates and understand job requirements.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
