About The Role The Prime Step Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR & Placement Coordinator to manage student placement activities, build relationships with companies, coordinate interviews, and support students throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate placement activities and maintain student placement records.
- Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and companies for job opportunities.
- Source and share relevant job openings with eligible students.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and company visits.
- Communicate with HR teams regarding candidate requirements, interview schedules, and feedback.
- Screen student profiles and match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
- Assist students with resume/CV preparation and interview coordination.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with companies and students regarding placement status.
- Organize placement drives, workshops, and career-related activities.
- Maintain placement reports, databases,



and recruitment documentation.
- Support the institute in achieving placement and corporate recruitment goals.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, placement coordination, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with HRs, recruiters, students, and companies.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and interview processes.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.
- Candidates with experience in an educational institute, training institute, or recruitment agency will be preferred.
