Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Letter Generation Specialist to manage employee letter generation, ticket resolution, and document verification while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established SOPs.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR document management, letter generation, or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – MUST.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with ticketing/case management systems.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
- Robust ability to follow SOPs and maintain data confidentiality.
- Basic Excel/data tracking skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with HR document management or letter generation.
- Familiarity with SIM-T, Contract Central, WorkDocs, EDM, or DocuSign.
- Exposure to multi-country HR processes across India, MENA, EMEA, or APAC.




- Experience handling escalations and exception requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate employment verification, warning, contract, and other HR letters using EDM, Contract Central, and DocuSign.
- Process and resolve SIM-T tickets within defined SLA timelines.
- Authenticate and validate letters against internal employee records and regional requirements.
- Handle high-volume requests with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Follow established SOPs and ensure timely delivery of employee/requester requirements.
- Handle escalations, exceptions, and complex letter-generation requests.
- Maintain basic tracking/reporting using Excel.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve turnaround time.
