Job Summary

HR Operations Analysts are responsible for ensuring that day-to-day HR Service Center operations are running smoothly. As the most senior individual contributors in the HR Service Center, they are responsible for having deep knowledge in the areas they support serving as subject matter experts in one or more of the following areas: customer service India labor laws and processes, benefit programs, HR policies, background verification, reporting and HR transaction processing.

HR Operations Analysts train HR Service Center Representatives and/or HR Operations Specialists and serve as the first line of escalation when questions, concerns, or complex issues arise. They are responsible for collecting and reporting metrics on operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and working with the HR Service Center Manager to ensure that HR customers are served efficiently and effectively.

30% Analysis &

- Process Improvement –
- Lead and/or participate in resolution of complex issues by collaborating with key partners from other departments and exercising critical thinking skills. Maintain metrics on operational work and use data to identify improvement opportunities. Identify and document process inefficiencies and defect trends and lead and/or participate in resolving identified issues by analyzing root causes and developing solutions that address these. Manage reporting.

50% Customer Service / Transactional Processing –





- Regularly assist HR Service Center Representatives and/or HR Operations Specialists in completing the work. First line of escalation for analyzing and resolving complex problems. Coordinate with relevant vendors, teams for company HR requirements. Coordinate and manage some key HR activities such as onboarding, employee file management etc.

15% Documentation &

- Training –
- Create and maintain process and program documentation. Develop training plans and train team members. Design and implement cross-training strategies ensuring SLAs are regularly met. Participate in and work on audits and follow-up actions.

5% Other Duties as Assigned –

- Participate in various team and HR projects and initiatives. Perform duties as required by HR Service Center Manager.
