You’ll own the complete Training & Placement ecosystem at Cybrom — from getting companies on board to getting students interview-ready and finally converting interviews into offers. ?

? WHAT YOU’LL OWN? TRAINING & PLACEMENT

- Own the complete student placement journey.
- Build placement strategies for different technical programs.
- Make students interview-ready, not just certificate-ready.
- Coordinate aptitude tests, mock interviews, technical rounds & HR rounds.
- Organize campus drives, pooled drives, walk-ins & virtual hiring.
- Track every student's placement journey from training → interview → offer → joining.

? CORPORATE RELATIONS
- Build a strong network of IT companies, startups, MNCs & recruiters.
- Bring new hiring partners into the Cybrom ecosystem.
- Understand what companies are hiring for and communicate requirements internally.
- Negotiate hiring requirements, interview schedules and salary packages.
- Build long-term relationships that result in repeat hiring.

Prepare weekly/monthly placement MIS and keep management updated on the placement pulse. ?

? LEAD THE TEAM

- Manage and mentor the Placement & Corporate Relations team.
- Set clear weekly/monthly targets.
- Review team performance.
- Build effective placement SOPs.
- Make sure every recruiter and student gets timely follow-ups.
- Create a high-energy, accountability-driven placement culture.

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORYou should have:
- Strong HR + recruitment knowledge
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong corporate networking ability
- Understanding of the IT hiring ecosystem
- Experience with technical recruitment / campus hiring
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets & MIS skills
- Excellent follow-up game ?
- Ability to manage people + targets
- Fluent Hindi + English
