The role includes attendance and compliance management,interview coordination, employee relations, HR documentation, reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and coordination with management and external HR partners. The candidate should have robust communication, organizational, multitasking, and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, HR tools, and recruitment portals.
Hindi, Gujarati, and English preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000/month, based on experience and performance.
