Position - Plant HR Manager

Location: Hingna MIDC

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

CTC Offered: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Depending on experience)

Experience - Well experience into Manufacturing industry only

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Plant HR Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, labor relations, statutory compliances, and workforce management for a reputed plant located at Hingna MIDC. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands-on industrial compliance expertise, and people management skills to maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Operations: Handle end-to-end HR operations at the plant level.
- Labor & Employee Relations: Manage labor relations, maintain workforce discipline, resolve conflicts, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Factory Act and all applicable labor laws.



Manage compliances related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labor, and statutory reporting.
- Pollution Control Board Compliance: Liaise with the Pollution Control Board and manage all related environmental and regulatory compliances.
- Government Relations & Audits: Coordinate directly with government authorities, handle plant inspections, and oversee statutory audits.
- Workforce & Payroll Management: Manage plant staffing, daily attendance tracking, contract labor operations, and coordinate payroll details.
- Safety & Culture: Drive a safe, compliant, ethical, and high-productivity work culture

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
