We are looking for the active HR Manager who can handle operations and Talent Acquisition both and worked as manager having majorly experience in digital marketing hirings .

Location - Noida , Sector 62, C Block

Exp- 7+years

NP-Immediate to 15 days

5 days a Week

Responsibilities :

Own end to end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions.

Improve hiring quality, screening and candidate evaluation

Work closely with managers to understand hiring requirements rather than forwarding CVs

Improve employee engagement & retention

Required Candidate profile

7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT,digital marketing agency or services company.

Robust exp in recruitment as well as employee relations

Good written and verbal communication skills
