Role Description The HR Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. Daily responsibilities include managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, handling payroll inputs and benefits administration in coordination with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The role involves partnering with management to identify workforce needs, support training and development initiatives, and address employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner.



The HR Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to support staffing needs.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and employee development practices.
- Proficiency in HR policies, labor law compliance, and handling HR documentation and records.
- Ability to manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR-related reporting in coordination with finance.
- Skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining positive workplace relations.
- Comfort with HR software, MS Office tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust organizational and time management abilities.
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a structured environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
