About the RoleCorenest Tech LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are interested in gaining practical experience in Human Resources. This 2-month remote internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate management, employee coordination, and HR operations, along with an prospect to be considered for a paid role based on performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, and other recruitment portals.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial screening calls and communicate with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with team members and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Support daily HR operations and other assigned tasks.
- Share daily work updates and attend team meetings as required.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage time, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- A stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop.
