SUMMARY

Elbrit Life Sciences, a growing pharmaceutical company based in Chennai, is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our field force and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate joining
- Understand job requirements and prepare job postings
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, employee referrals and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates on interview schedules, feedback and offer status
- Coordinate salary discussions and release offer letters
- Collect and verify candidate documents and ensure smooth onboarding




- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers and candidate databases
- Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Meet recruitment targets within the defined turnaround time (TAT)

Requirements

Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience as a Non-IT Recruiter, in Talent Acquisition or Field Force hiring (pharma hiring preferred)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive negotiation and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and job portals
