Job Title: HR Assistant
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager/Director
Job Summary The HR Executive will oversee and execute daily human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role serves as a critical link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Coordinate and execute the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive and productive work environment through engagement activities and conflict resolution.
Manage disciplinary procedures in adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide feedback to employees.
Collaborate with managers to develop individual growth plans and address performance issues.
Learning & Development
Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update HR policies,
employee handbooks, and procedures.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Skills
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,517.33 - ₹35,662.22 per month
