We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage HR operations, recruitment, student counselling, course counselling, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Handle student counselling and guide students regarding suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and training options to students and customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with leads.
- Maintain employee and student records.
- Handle employee queries and workplace issues.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Prepare HR and daily activity reports.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, customers, and employees.
Requirements:
- Any degree, preferably HR/Management related.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management.
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Pay: ₹15,673.36 - ₹54,682.34 per month
