HR Manager – Cafe Durga & Kallol Cafe

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager (Male/Female) to manage HR operations for Cafe Durga and Kallol Cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for cafe staff including Waiters/Waitresses, Baristas, Kitchen Staff, Supervisors and other positions.
- Source candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and shift-related information.
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure proper manpower availability.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace issues professionally.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline and attendance.
- Coordinate salary-related information with management/accounts team.
- Support employee training, development and performance improvement.
- Ensure proper HR policies, workplace discipline and hygiene standards are followed.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment across both cafes.
- Coordinate with cafe managers and management for day-to-day manpower requirements.




- Prepare regular HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, employee turnover and staffing.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in HR, preferably in a Cafe, Restaurant, Hotel or Hospitality industry.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and people-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple employees and locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR documentation.
- Responsible, organized, proactive and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the management team.
