Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand job descriptions (JDs) and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect feedback.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate salaries, manage offer discussions, and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.




- Track daily recruitment activities, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment or IT staffing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
