Role Overview

- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our human resources operations in a dynamic, quick-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal processes, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth communication across teams while maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing HR processes and recruitment activities
- Manage and track candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and onboarding processes
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of employee and candidate queries
- Analyze feedback and HR data to identify areas for improvement in hiring and employee experience
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR operations as required

Eligibility Qualifications





- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR practices, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in HR operations is a plus
