Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement activities
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate with employees and different teams
Requirements
- Freshers / students pursuing HR, MBA/PGDM or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
